What is your return policy for ear tips and accessories?
Due to hygiene standards, ear tips and opened accessories are non-returnable. However, IEM units can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original, sealed packaging.
Are Kiwi Ears IEMs compatible with both Android and iOS?
Our monitors use standard 3.5mm or 4.4mm connectors. They are compatible with any device featuring an audio jack or via a dedicated DAC/Amp dongle for modern smartphones.
